The people of Bali believe life is divided into two : what we know and what we don’t know..therefore the seen and unseen meaning we only know 50% of life so how can we judge anyone.

“to understand the visible, or to get the highest good out of the things that are seen, we must bring into the field of vision ‘the things that are not seen.”

And the thought that emerges from it directly is that only when we take the ‘things that are not seen’ into account, and make them the standard and the scale by which we judge all things, do we understand ‘the things that are seen.’

How i involved this into a series on images called THE UNSEEN is by models having their hands over their face giving the idea of not seeing or only knowing the seen therefore how can we pass judgement on others. We are all the same..skin and bone. If we lived with our eyes closed we wouldn’t judge.

So this series is about equality and that we are all the same.
