When it comes to throwing a killer party it is no secret that the key is often (always) found within the drink. For the third edition of Dinning in the Spotlight it is safe to say that we nailed it!

With the help of our good friends at SKYY Vodka and Platinum Bar Solutions our guests were able to wet their whistle in style. Between SKYY, Tempus Two and Santa Vittoria our bar was stacked with elegance and class.

SKYY Vodka was first conceived in 1992 by an inventor looking to create the world’s smoothest vodka. After putting this event together in true AMFAM style,  the worlds smoothest vodka was all we were prepared to settle for so thank you to SKYY for facilitating!


I must admit that in the days leading up to the event I was extremely nervous as to how our bartenders would be able to handle working on a moving boat. Surely the wind and waves should have made their job extremely difficult. It only took one sip of their SKYY Summer Punch to realize that these guys are the real deal. We only like to work with the best and the elite mobile bar that Platinum Bar Solutions provided did not disappoint!

For all of you at home that are older than 18 (and 21 in the states) here are the cocktail recipes that we served on the night. All three are amazing, so next time your getting ready for a night out on the town and need something fun and tasty to drink here you go.. heaven in a glass



SKYY SUMMER SLAM:  SKYY Vodka, Schweppes Agrum, Prosecco, 2 wedges of fresh lime, Served in a rocks glass with ice and 3 raspberries

ROSE PETAL MARTINI: SKYY Vodka, Pomme Vert Syrup, Fresh Lemon Juice, Hibiscus & Rose Syrup, Clear Apple Juice. Served in a martini glass with a white rose petal garnish.

THE RUNWAY:  SKYY Vodka, Watermelon Syrup, Mint, Watermelon, Lemon Juice & Sparkling Water. Served tall with a watermelon slice garnish.
