Is it a boy or is it a girl? Either way we know our supermodel moms are going to love their little bundles of joy. Yes, supermodels are just like the everyday pregnant women from cravings to morning sickness.  We can also learn from these supermodels as they share some pretty fabulous tips when it comes to pregnancy fashion, beauty tips, eating healthy and exercise tips, when there is little one on the way.

When Heidi Klum, mother of four was pregnant, she tended to over accessorize her outfits and started the trend of “accessorizing the bump.” Czech supermodel Karolina Kurkova while pregnant with her second child, favored the buttoned-down look. She recommends always dressing a size or two larger, so the button doesn’t pop off the baby bump. Button ups are very versatile and stylish, as the mom-to-be can roll up the sleeves, leave them down, or button the shirt up to the neck, creating a unique preppy look. One can additional even leave the button top open to show of a fashionable necklace accessory, or even to sport a lacey lingerie top underneath.

Not all pregnant models want to accessorized or dress around the baby bump either. Russian supermodel Natalia Vodianova prefers this fashion statement and when out and about she didn’t want people to focus on her pregnancy. Natalia Vodianova accomplished this by wearing loose-fitting, short dresses showing lots of legs, complete with high heels.

We can all learn beauty tips from the supermodel moms- to-be who are using products we should all be incorporating into our beauty regimes, such as slathering on extra virgin coconut oil and purified bee venom. Coconut oil is trendy for moisturizing dry skin and taming frizzy hair. Purified bee venom otherwise known as natures Botox, fools the skin into thinking that one has been stung, sending blood to the area helping the skin stay firm and youthful.

When it comes to staying in shape while pregnant, supermodel Lily Aldridge focused on a regimented routine of prenatal yoga combined with multiple massages. This helped the supermodel stay fit and relaxed throughout the duration of her pregnancy. The Everyday Supermodel Author Holly Sims focused on a balanced diet during her pregnancy and lots of Pilates. While this supermodel acknowledged that it is hard to keep up any exercise routine when you are tired and pregnant, keeping up with a regular routine will keep a pregnant mom-to-be feeling healthy mentally and physically.

Last but not least, we can learn from what supermodels actually eat during their pregnancy. Supermodel Chrissy Teigen had a cookbook in the works even before she was pregnant and anyone now who wants to try her photogenic meals can do so. Her healthy cookbook is filled with recipes with kale, squash, seafood and even contains a cheesy broccoli recipe. Chrissy Teigen will also openly share her love for the mega burrito and even Fruit Loops. After all, it’s all about everything in moderation.
